I am Malvina. Sometimes my friends call me Malichka. I am 25 years old. I am from Batumi, Georgia.
My hometown is located on the west coast of Georgia at the Black sea. Living near the sea shore has had a very big impact on my character. For me, sea is a symbol of independence, freedom and peace. I love walking on the beach and talking to the sea. It is relaxing. I have studied English philology and philosophy for my Bahelor’s studies as for my master’s degree I studied Education Administration. I love helping people a lot, that’s why I have volunteered in many non government organizations to make a small contribution to the development of Georgian society. I worked as a volunteer English Language teacher in Georgian remote villages. Working far away from my family in the severe conditions taught me a lot. It made me stronger and developed me personally and professionally. I think that the seeds I planted as a volunteer teacher will have its result somedays and my hard work will somehow help my pupils become successful in their personal and professional life. Now I am here in Romania as EVS volunteer and I hope that this project will help all of us realize our ideas, share our experiences with one another and make friends from different countries.
